The Owner’s Vision
Arjun had driven his sedan every day for three years. It was reliable and comfortable, but it looked like every other car in the parking lot. He didn’t want a loud or flashy build. He wanted something clean, refined and unmistakably his.

Step 1: Consultation
Arjun sat down with his Gridline consultant to talk through his goals, his daily routine and his budget. We asked how he uses the car, what he loves about it and what bothers him. The answer was swirl marks in the paint, dull wheels, and an interior that felt plain at night.

Step 2: Vehicle Inspection
Our technicians inspected the paint under specialist lighting and documented every mark, chip and imperfection with photos. That gave us an honest starting point for both of us.

Step 3: Customization Plan
We built a plan around his goals: a multi-stage paint correction to restore the finish, ceramic coating to protect it, a set of gloss-black alloy wheels with a new tyre package, and soft ambient lighting inside the cabin. Arjun saw a visual preview of the wheel and colour combination before committing.

Step 5: Work Execution
Days 1–3: Multi-stage paint correction removed the swirl marks and restored depth to the paint.
Day 4: Ceramic coating was applied in a controlled bay and left to cure.
Day 5: New wheels and tyres were fitted, balanced and checked.
Day 6: Ambient lighting was installed and tested.

Step 6: Quality Inspection
Before handover, the car went through our multi-point inspection. We checked paint finish, coating coverage, wheel torque, lighting operation and safety systems. Nothing left the studio until it passed.

Step 7: Delivery
Arjun collected the car in our client lounge with a walkthrough of everything we’d done, plus a photo record of the build.

Step 8: After-Sales Support
We gave him a care guide for the coating and booked a follow-up check a few weeks later. He also learned about our annual maintenance plan for keeping the finish in top condition.

The Result
